We isolated PBMCs from human peripheral blood. To understand the effect of NGO on hPBMCs, we treated hPBMCs with NGO and analyzed changes in the transcriptome. To investigate the effect of NGO on hPBMCs in a T cell-activated condition, we activated T cells with CD3/28 Dynabeads and IL-2, and treated hPBMCs with NGO.
