Data for "Characterizing the nitrogen-vacancy center singlet transition and its phonon sideband for absorption-based room-temperature magnetometry"

This repository contains the data sets for the manuscript "Characterizing the nitrogen-vacancy center singlet transition and its phonon sidebandfor absorption-based room-temperature magnetometry". The data sets are labelled according to the figure names in the preprint. Figures that appear in the supplementary materials of this preprint are indicated by an "S" in the filename (e.g., "Fig_Sxx.csv"). A python code (Plotting_Example.py / Plotting_Example.ipynb) for a quick visualization of the files is provided. It contains the function "def plot_csv(filename, 3d = False):", which uses the filename "Fig_X" and the dimensionality of the data (2d: plot_3d = False and 3d: plot_3d = True) as input variables. Additionally, the absorption coefficients and Rabi frequencies used to determine the singlet absorption cross sections (Fig.5) are provided in the folder "Raw_Data_ACS". They could also be used in combination with an alternative rate model.
