Spatiotemporal trends in adequacy of dietary nutrient production and food sources - Supplementary Data

These are three main datasets that we calculated and refer to in our paper entitled 'Spatiotemporal trends in adequacy of dietary nutrient production and food sources' accessed through https://doi.org/10.1016/j.gfs.2020.100355 Datasets consist of : i) Median nutrient production by item and country-year ii) Total nutrient production by country-year and three main settings iii) Population-level Recommended Nutrient Intake estimates by country-year

本研究测算得到三类核心数据集，并将其用于题为《膳食营养素产出与食物来源充足性的时空趋势》的论文中，该论文可通过https://doi.org/10.1016/j.gfs.2020.100355访问。三类数据集的具体构成如下：
i) 按食品品类、国家-年份维度统计的营养素产出中位数
ii) 按国家-年份及三大主要场景划分的营养素总产出
iii) 按国家-年份维度估算的人群水平推荐营养素摄入量（Recommended Nutrient Intake, RNI）
