Mettl3-mediated m6A modification controls postnatal liver development by modulating Hnf4a-centred regulatory network [Primary hepatocyte RNA-seq]

RNA sequencing of primary hepatocytes from Control and and hepatocyte-specific Mettl3 knockout with ALB-Cre (Mettl3 cKO) mice after Actinomycin D treatment. Primary hepatocytes were treated with 5 μM Actinomycin D for 0 hour, 2 hours, and 6 hours. Differentially expressed genes were compared between WT and Mettl3 cKO mouse primary hepatocytes at each time points after Actinomycin D treatment.
