Bacterial communities aggregate within larch artificial forests during the natural renewal process

The long-term natural renewal of the larch plantation has led to the transformation of the forest stand from a pure larch forest to a mixed forest with germinated walnut trees, then to a situation where dead larches and walnut trees take the lead, and eventually develop into the top local community of broad-leaved red pine forests. The changes of bacterial communities within different aggregate components during this long-term process.
