N-Lex

As EUR-Lex provides a gateway to all EU legislation, the N-Lex database meets the same goals on a national level. The database offers: - an interface between users and databases on national legislation; - a common search form enabling users to make searches in their own language; - search results coming directly from national databases; - descriptions of database contents and search options for each country (search fields and different types of national law); - EuroVoc (the EU's multilingual thesaurus) which helps users to find the corresponding term in a foreign language; - context-sensitive help; - machine translation tool to translate search results into all official languages of the European Union.
