[DEPRECATED] Approximated estimates for the share of gross final consumption of renewable energy sources in 2018 (EEA 2018 RES share proxies)

Directive 2009/28/EC on the promotion and use of energy from renewable sources commits the EU to achieving a 20 % share of renewable energy sources (RES) in its gross final energy consumption by 2020 and a 10 % share of renewable energy in transport energy consumption by the same year. Since early access to the most recent information on the growth of RES is relevant for all stakeholders, the EEA and its European Topic Centre for Air Pollution and Climate Change Mitigation (ETC/ACM) produce each year a set of early estimates concerning the RES shares achieved by the countries and the EU as a whole in the previous year. The current data set concerns the EEA 2018 RES share proxies. The cut-off date for most data sources incorporated in the calculation of the approximated 2018 RES shares was 31 July 2019.欧盟《关于促进和使用可再生能源的2009/28号指令》（Directive 2009/28/EC）要求欧盟在2020年前实现可再生能源（Renewable Energy Sources, RES）占最终能源总消费量的20%，并在同年实现交通运输领域可再生能源消费占比达到10%。 鉴于尽早获取可再生能源增长的最新信息对所有利益相关方至关重要，欧洲环境署（EEA）及其欧洲空气污染与气候变化减缓主题中心（ETC/ACM）每年都会编制一套早期估算数据，用于测算各成员国及欧盟整体在上一年度的可再生能源占比情况。 本数据集对应欧洲环境署2018年可再生能源占比代理数据。本次测算2018年可再生能源占比所纳入的多数数据源的截止日期为2019年7月31日。
