Multimodal imaging data in PD

In this work we explored structural and metabolic alterations within the nigrostriatal system in a population of de novo PD patients. We assessed the degree and spatial pattern of dopaminergic denervation (FDOPA), microstructural integrity (FW), and iron accumulation (R2*) within several regions of the nigrostriatal system, including spatial divisions of the SNc and striatum.本研究针对初诊帕金森病（Parkinson's Disease, PD）患者队列，探究了黑质纹状体系统（nigrostriatal system）内的结构与代谢改变。在黑质纹状体系统的多个区域（包括黑质致密部[substantia nigra pars compacta, SNc]与纹状体的空间分区）内，我们评估了以下指标：多巴胺能神经支配缺失的程度与空间分布模式（通过氟多巴[FDOPA]检测）、微观结构完整性（FW检测）以及铁蓄积水平（R2*成像）。
