Rhesus macaques underwent transection SCI (8 mm) and were sacrificed at 7 dpi, 14dpi, 28 dpi, and 6 mpi. Single-nucleus RNA-seq was performed on tissues dissected from the lesion edge, while scRNA-seq was performed on tissuesfrom the lesion core.
