We analyzed 4,291 gastric ulcer cases and 22,665 controls.ars2294008 (C allele) and rs505922 (T allele).bP values were obtained using chi-square test. To calculate odds ratios (OR), non risk alleles were considered as references.cHeterogeneity across two stages was assessed by Cochran Q test.dOR and P values were obtained using the Mantel-Haenszel fixed-effects model in the meta analysis.
