Data deposit accompanying the manuscript: "A Computational Pathway Map of Mitochondrial Disease Targets: Network Topology and Therapeutic Implications." This dataset contains the target-pathway network data for 25 mitochondrial disease targets, including network edge lists (31 interaction edges), node attributes (gene symbols, UniProt IDs, MitoCarta3.0 pathway assignments, druggability classifications), and target-pathway associations. Targets were identified through computational analysis of mitochondrial disease pathways using ClinVar, UniProt, MitoCarta3.0, and PDB as primary data sources. Patent pending: US Provisional Application 64/018,624, filed March 27, 2026. This deposit contains research data only. The computational platform methods are protected by the referenced patent application.
