Skull vault formation in individual WT AB Fish

An individual fish was imaged successively from 12-23 dpf by confocal microscopy, during the period of induction and growth of the frontal and parietal bones. The fish was transgenic for col1a1a:gfp, marking chondrocytes, and for sp7:mcherry, marking osteoblasts.
