Description of the INSPIRE Download Service (predefined Atom): This INSPIRE dataset contains transformed circles of the urban development plans of the city of Blieskastel into the INSPIRE data model “Landuse”. The transformation was carried out in accordance with the Landuse (Planned Land Use) guideline in version 4.0. The development plan contains the legally binding determinations for the urban planning system. In principle, the development plan must be developed from the land use plan. — The link(s) for downloading the records is/are generated dynamically from getFeature Requests to a WFS 1.1.0《INSPIRE下载服务（预定义Atom）描述》： 本INSPIRE数据集是将布利斯卡斯特尔（Blieskastel）市城市发展规划的相关地块转换至INSPIRE"土地利用（Landuse）"数据模型后的成果。 本次转换严格遵循4.0版《计划土地利用（Landuse）指南》执行。 该发展规划包含了城市规划体系内具有法律约束力的各项规定。 原则上，该发展规划需以土地利用规划为基础编制。 —— 数据记录的下载链接通过向WFS 1.1.0（Web要素服务，Web Feature Service）发起getFeature（获取要素）请求动态生成。
