Replication Data for: Draft genome sequence data of Nothopassalora personata from Argentina

Currently, there is no available information on the genome of N. personata for any peanut-producing country in the Southern Hemisphere. The purpose of this work was to obtain a draft genome of an isolate from the peanut producing area from Argentina, IPAVE 0302, to be used as a research model to understand the biology of this pathogen and to design efficient strategies of disease control. • The data described here provide substantial information for future studies of comparative genomics and evolution of the species.
