Calculating the Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) of equipment using the time availability rate, performance efficiency rate and qualified product rate enables accurate evaluation of equipment operational efficiency, facilitating timely targeted improvements. Data is collected from internal enterprise sources, and the collected data undergoes noise reduction, cleaning and preprocessing before being processed for analysis. 2. The formula for Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) is: OEE = Time Availability Rate × Performance Efficiency Rate × Qualified Product Rate - Time Availability Rate = Operating Time ÷ Load Time - Performance Efficiency Rate = (Number of Processed Products ÷ Operating Time) × Theoretical Processing Cycle - Qualified Product Rate = Number of Qualified Products ÷ Number of Processed Products Detailed definitions: - Operating Time: The total sum of (end time - start time) for all recorded operating periods within one shift - Load Time: A fixed value, 8 hours per shift = 28800 seconds per shift - Number of Processed Products: Obtained via data table queries, referring to the total number of processed products recorded within one shift - Theoretical Processing Cycle: A fixed value of 260 seconds 3.
