Data Analysis on Online Training Participation Readiness For Automotive Industrial Employees in Indonesia Context

Questionnaires were given to 89 employees of the automotive after sales industry in Indonesia from various positions. The data were analyzed to determine the level and characteristics of employees' readiness in online training.
