Statements of support provided in 2021

Pursuant to paragraph 32.2 of Cabinet Regulation No 378 of 17 May 2011 on the procedure for advertising medicinal products and the procedure by which a manufacturer of medicinal products is entitled to provide free samples of medicinal products to doctors (‘the Regulation’), holders of the registration of medicinal products or their authorised representatives, or other persons who are advertisers or distributors of advertising, must, once a year, submit a notification to the Health Inspectorate regarding material or other support provided to associations, foundations and medical treatment institutions in the previous year.根据2011年5月17日发布的第378号内阁条例《药品广告程序及药品生产商向医师提供免费药品样品程序》（以下简称《条例》）第32.2条规定，药品注册持有人、其授权代表，或其他广告主及广告经销商，须每年向卫生监察局提交申报材料，说明上一年度向协会、基金会及医疗机构提供的物资或其他资助情况。
