In this study, we assessed the plant growth promoting effect of thirty six BC on maize. The BC were constructed from seven Moroccan maize growing regions, each comprising four distant zones. Using a niche conservative approach, we preserved the microbial diversity of each zone maize rhizoplane, resulting in twenty eight intrazone BC, seven interzone, and one interregional BC. Additionally, we determined the biochemical and molecular properties related to phosphorus cycling in one hundred and forty rhizoplane and one hundred and forty bulk soil samples
