Whole genome of MRSP isolates from dogs and humans belonging to the same ST were compared to investigate the difference of their genome component that may associated with human adaptation. The results can provide more understanding of MRSP survival and adaptation in dogs and humans that can be useful to apply for the rapid identification, monitoring, and prevention in further study.
