This dataset provides imaging based measurements used to estimate local pulse wave velocity (PWV) from ultrasound modality acquired in the rat abdominal aorta. Data were collected from two subjects across multiple weeks, including a post-doxorubicin (DOX) condition. The dataset includes: a) B-Mode Image showing several locations where analysis took place. b) M-mode image to visualize vessel expansion c) Generating Relative Displacement Signals from Cross-Correlation technique. d) Filtered signals , and calculating foot time. e) Outlier Detection and PWV computation from linear slope of Distance vs Time.
