Heavy metals and microplastic pollution in marine fishes with special emphasis on their gut microbiome

Marine fishes were collected from marine environment for metagenomic study from their intestine and stomach. Fish parts like muscles, liver, intestine and stomach were also analyses for heavy metal profiling and microplastic content.
