Requests Right of Access Public Information: 2020

Statistical data on the exercise of the right of access to public information in the Administration of the Junta de Andalucía and its instrumental entities, regulated by Law 1/2014, of 24 June, on Public Transparency of Andalusia. The data are generated by the Transparency Secretariat based on the information sent by the Transparency Units of the various ministries and agencies. It indicates the total number of petitions processed, rejected and resolved in the three procedures envisaged.本数据集收录安达卢西亚自治区政府（Junta de Andalucía）及其附属职能实体行使公共信息获取权的相关统计数据，相关活动受2014年6月24日公布的《第1/2014号安达卢西亚公共透明度法》规范。该统计数据由透明度秘书处（Transparency Secretariat）基于各部委及直属机构透明度单元（Transparency Units）报送的信息生成，统计了三类法定程序下已受理、已驳回及已办结的信息获取申请总数量。
