VPRS 5411 Mining Warden's Registers

The Gold Fields Act 1857 and subsequent mining legislation required Mining Wardens (in their judicial function) to keep a record of all decisions and orders made. The Mining Warden's Register records details of each case including the case number, the date of the complaint, the names and addresses of the complainant(s) and defendant(s), the nature of the complaint and the value or amount sought and the decision and signature of the Warden.

1857年《矿区法》（Gold Fields Act 1857）及后续颁布的采矿立法，要求矿业监管员（Mining Wardens）在行使司法职能时，留存所有作出的决定与命令的记录。《矿业监管员登记册》（Mining Warden's Register）记录了每起案件的详细信息，涵盖案件编号、投诉日期、投诉人与被投诉人的姓名及住址、投诉事由、诉求金额或价值，以及监管员作出的决定与签名。
