Data and Model Fitting for Evaluation of Drug Release from Polymeric Nanoparticles in Simulated Saliva and Gastric Media by Asymmetric Flow Field–Flow Fractionation (AF4)

This data repository contains data and model fitting tools for a publication on Evaluation of Drug Release from Polymeric Nanoparticles in Simulated Saliva and Gastric Media by Asymmetric Flow Field–Flow Fractionation (AF4). The data include (1) an Excel spreadsheet with bulk drug release data and radial diffusion model fitting, (2) a zip file containing Matlab code and associated Excel data input spreadsheets for size-resolved analysis of drug release profiles using multi-detector AF4 data, and (3) an Excel spreadsheet holding the results of the Matlab data processing.
