RNA changes upon glucose starvation treat with or without NAC
收藏资源简介:
The adaptation of tumor cells to metabolic stress is crucial for tumordevelopment, We demonstrate that the translation of NRF2, a master regulatorof antioxidant response, is controlled by the OGDH-METTL3 axis in melanomafor glucose starvation adaptation, To elucidate the regulatory mechanism ofthe OGDH-METTL3 axis during glucose starvation,we conducted coimmunoprecipitation and mass spectrometry analysis to identify the bindingpartner of OGDH that governs both the OGDH-METTL3 axis and tumor celladaptation to qlucose deprivation. Overall design: Control and OGDH knockdown A375 cells treated with or without NAC were starved with glucose for 5 hours respectively, and then collected by trizol. Three parallel groups of sampleswere collected for each experiment.
