Pryoretal_WES2018_part2.nc 包含图4所示的相关数据，所含变量包括：按风速区间与年份拟合的威布尔（Weibull）分布参数，以及美国得克萨斯州（TX）、艾奥瓦州（IA）与纽约州（NY）输出结果的快速傅里叶变换（Fast Fourier Transform, FFT）结果。 3.
