Raspberry plants from a commercial raspberry plantation in Angus, Scotland, UK, showed viral infection symptoms: one D5 showed vein yellowing and the second D6 showed leaf blade yellowing. The aim of the study was to extract RNA from symptomatic leaves to detect the presence of viral sequences using RNA-sequencing.
