The goal was to assess the incidence of NSCLC biomarkers in Ukrainian patients. The cohort consists of both lung adenocarcinoma and SCC subtypes. The biomarkers we assessed were SNV/indel in EGFR, KRAS, NRAS, BRAF, PIK3CA, ERBB2 and gene fusion in ALK, ROS1, RET, MET. This data was analyzed in the context of tumor histology and PD-L1 expression.
