The COVADIS data standard for risk prevention plans includes all the technical and organisational specifications for the digital storage of geographical data represented in the risk prevention plans (RPPs). The Risk Prevention Plans (PPR) were established by the Act of 2 February 1995 on strengthening the protection of the environment. The PPR tool is part of the Law of 22 July 1987 on the organisation of civil security, the protection of the forest against fire and the prevention of major risks. The development of a RPP is the responsibility of the State. It is decided by the Prefect.

洛特省（Lot）上游多尔多涅（Dordogne Amont）流域洪水风险防控方案。风险防控方案的COVADIS数据标准，涵盖了风险防控方案（Risk Prevention Plans，简称RPPs）所涉地理数据数字化存储的全部技术与组织规范。风险防控方案（Risk Prevention Plans，简称PPR）由1995年2月2日《加强环境保护法案》确立。该PPR工具隶属于1987年7月22日《民用安全组织、森林防火与重大风险预防法》。风险防控方案（RPP）的编制工作由国家负责，最终审批权由省长行使。
