Phase VI of the RCA Ω 2027 project documents the minimal-interaction validation stage under strict CMB distance prior constraints.This release is not intended to optimize cosmological tension resolution. Instead, it provides a transparent audit of how a time-independent RCA coupling behaves when early-universe geometry is fully enforced.The results demonstrate that the minimal RCA framework does not produce instabilities or artificial parameter tuning under CMB constraints, but instead reduces smoothly toward ΛCDM-like behavior. This reduction defines the physical boundary of applicability for time-independent RCA interactions.The archive contains full source code, configuration files, MCMC chains, logs, and reproducibility metadata. All results can be regenerated from initialization to final chain using the provided materials.No post-hoc parameter rescue, selective filtering, or retrospective optimization has been applied. This archive represents the exact Phase VI validation state as executed.Phase VI serves as the consistency anchor for subsequent late-time activation studies developed in Phase VII.
