GNPS Guarana (Paullinia cupana) Josiel Amazonas_INPA-Brazil

Guarana samples were analyzed by LC-MS/MS ESI and tandem MS profiles were obtained.
100 mg of guarana powder were accurately weighted and suspended in 1.5 mL of the mixture of acetonitrile (HPLC grade) and TFA solution adjusted previously at pH 2.0. The mixture was sonicated in an USC 1800 ultrasound bath (Unique, Brazil) for 60 min, then centrifuged for 30 min at 13,400 rpm in a MiniSpin plus centrifuge (Eppendorf, Billerica, CA), and finally, the supernatant was separated in microtube (Eppendorf), evaporated, frozen and lyophilized.
