Areas of application of the regulations on clearing in the Cher department

Any voluntary operation leading directly or indirectly to the destruction of the wooded state of a land and ending its forest destination.Every clearing requires prior authorisation from the administration. Clearing in areas below a threshold of 0.5 to 4 ha (a threshold fixed by department and by the State representative) is exempt from this authorisation.
