Summary of significant results.

Significant SNP associations with WNV infection, symptomatic infection, or WNE/P are reported for the significant SNPs identified herein and those previously shown to have an association. For those SNPs previously associated with West Nile disease, significant results were obtained by performing an analysis using our data combined with published data.
