Annual Budget 2013 Table FCC

<p>This dataset contains the data from the Council’s Annual Budget. The budget is comprised of Tables A to F and Appendix 1. Each table is represented by a separate data file.</p><p></p><p>Table F is the Expenditure and Income for the Budget Year, and Adopted Budget and Estimated Outturn for the previous Year. It contains –</p><ul><li>‘Expenditure’ and ‘Income’ Adopted by the Council for the Budget Year</li><li>'Expenditure’ and ‘Income’ Estimated by the Manager for the Budget Year</li><li>'Expenditure’ and ‘Income’ Adopted by the Council for the previous Year</li><li>‘Expenditure’ and ‘Income’ Estimated Outturn for the previous Year.</li></ul><p>Table F provides a breakdown of the Expenditure to Sub-Service level and Income to Income Source per Council Division contained in Table A.</p><p>In the published Annual Budget document, Table F is published as a separate table for each Division.</p><ul><li>Section 1 of Table F contains Expenditure broken down by ‘Division’, ‘Service’ and ‘Sub-Service’</li><li>Section 2 of Table F contains Income broken down by ‘Division’, ‘Income Type’ and ‘Income Source’</li></ul><p>This dataset is used to create Table F in the published Annual Budget document, which can be found at www.fingal.ie</p><p> The data is best understood by comparing it to Table F.</p><p>Data fields for Table F are as follows –</p><p><strong>Doc</strong> : Table Reference<br /><strong>Heading</strong> : Indicates sections in the Table - Table F is comprised of two sections : Income and Expenditure. Heading = 1 for all Expenditure records; Heading = 2 for all Income records.<br /><strong>Ref</strong> : Division Reference<br /><strong>Ref_Desc</strong> : Division Description<br /><strong>Ref1</strong> : Service Reference for all Expenditure records (i.e. Heading = 1) or Income Type for all Income records (i.e. Heading = 2)<br /><strong>Ref1_Desc</strong> : Service Description for all Expenditure records (i.e. Heading = 1) or Income Type for all Income records (i.e. Heading = 2)<br /><strong>Ref2</strong> : Sub-Service Reference for all Expenditure records (i.e. Heading = 1) or Income Source for all Income records (i.e. Heading = 2)<br /><strong>Ref2_Desc</strong> : Sub-Service Description for all Expenditure records (i.e. Heading = 1) or Income Source for all Income records (i.e. Heading = 2)<br /><strong>Adop</strong> : Amount Adopted by Council for Budget Year<br /><strong>EstMgr</strong> : Amount Estimated by Manager for Budget Year<br /><strong>PY_Adop</strong> : Amount Adopted by Council for previous Financial Year<br /><strong>PY_Outturn</strong> : Amount Estimated Outturn for previous Financial Year</p>本数据集收录某议会年度预算的相关数据。该预算由表A至表F以及附录1组成，每张表格对应一个独立的数据文件。 表F为预算年度收支情况，以及上一年度经批准预算与预估决算数据，具体包含以下内容： - 议会于预算年度通过的「支出」与「收入」数据 - 预算管理人员预估的预算年度「支出」与「收入」数据 - 议会于上一年度通过的「支出」与「收入」数据 - 上一年度的预估决算「支出」与「收入」数据 表F支持将支出细化至子服务层级，将收入细化至表A中列明的各议会部门的收入来源层级。 在已发布的年度预算文档中，表F会按各部门分别生成独立表格： - 表F第1部分包含按「部门」「服务」及「子服务」划分的支出数据 - 表F第2部分包含按「部门」「收入类型」及「收入来源」划分的收入数据 本数据集用于生成已发布年度预算文档中的表F，该文档可通过www.fingal.ie查阅。 建议结合表F理解本数据集的具体内容。 表F对应的数据字段如下： **Doc**：表格标识 **Heading**：表格区段标识——表F包含收入与支出两个区段：支出类记录的Heading值为1，收入类记录的Heading值为2。 **Ref**：部门编号 **Ref_Desc**：部门描述 **Ref1**：针对支出类记录（即Heading=1）为服务编号；针对收入类记录（即Heading=2）为收入类型编号 **Ref1_Desc**：针对支出类记录（即Heading=1）为服务描述；针对收入类记录（即Heading=2）为收入类型描述 **Ref2**：针对支出类记录（即Heading=1）为子服务编号；针对收入类记录（即Heading=2）为收入来源编号 **Ref2_Desc**：针对支出类记录（即Heading=1）为子服务描述；针对收入类记录（即Heading=2）为收入来源描述 **Adop**：议会于本预算年度通过的金额 **EstMgr**：管理人员预估的本预算年度金额 **PY_Adop**：议会于上一财政年度通过的金额 **PY_Outturn**：上一财政年度的预估决算金额
