maize_seedling_leaf_hic

This dataset contains raw Hi-C sequencing data of Zea mays . seedling leaf tissues. The Hi-C library was constructed through a series of standard experimental procedures, including formaldehyde cross-linking, cell lysis, chromatin digestion, biotin labeling, ligation, library construction, and quality control. Sequencing was performed on the Illumina NovaSeq platform with the PE150 strategy. These raw data preserve the original information of chromatin interactions in Zea mays.
