This database contain policies and measures (PaMs) reported by EU Member States following European Commission Implementing Decision (EU) 2018/1522 of 11 October 2018 laying down a common format for national air pollution control programmes under Directive (EU) 2016/2284 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the reduction of national emissions of certain atmospheric pollutants.本数据库收录欧盟成员国依据2018年10月11日发布的《欧盟委员会实施决定（EU）2018/1522》上报的政策与措施（Policies and Measures，PaMs）。该实施决定为遵循《欧洲议会与理事会关于减少特定大气污染物国家排放的指令（EU）2016/2284》的国家空气污染控制计划制定统一格式。
