ALKIS house coordinates

The official house coordinates define the position of the house number and the location designation of a building. Data source is the geobase information of the property cadastre, which are supplemented by postal information (e.g. postal code). The house coordinates contain the data elements according to the definition by the central body house coordinates, house surrounds and 3D building models. In Baden-Württemberg, columns with the data elements municipality name, district number and hall number, brand names, object keys of the building function and building function are also transmitted. House coordinates are geo-referenced building addresses with information on administrative units, municipalities and roads as well as postal information.
