A socio-economic and technical demand modelling starter data kit for Uasin Gishu County, Kenya. This starter data kit extracts data from websites, annual reports and databases of international and national organisations alongside existing modelling databases and academic articles. Open and accessible data sources were used. The selected data includes data on population (total, urban, rural, growth), GCP (total, agriculture, construction, mining, manufacturing, services, energy, growth), county and national energy balances, energy intensities and electrification rates. This ‘starter kit’ of data aims to act as a starting point for teaching, capacity building efforts, and for further data collection, model development and scenario analysis to produce county resolution demand projections. All data sources are linked where possible.本数据集套件为肯尼亚乌阿辛吉舒县（Uasin Gishu County）社会经济与技术需求建模的入门套件。本套件从国际及国家机构的网站、年度报告与数据库，以及现有建模数据库和学术文献中提取数据，所用数据源均为开放可获取的公开资源。所选数据涵盖人口相关指标（总量、城镇人口、乡村人口、人口增长率）、县域生产总值（GCP，含总量、农业、建筑业、采矿业、制造业、服务业、能源业及增长率）、县域与国家能源平衡、能源强度与电气化率。本数据入门套件旨在为教学、能力建设工作提供基础支撑，同时为后续开展数据采集、模型开发与情景分析以生成县域尺度需求预测提供起点。所有可关联的数据源均已完成关联。
