Zac1 target genes during mouse tongue and cartilage development

Here we analyze transcriptome profiles between wild type tongues and tongues harboring Zac biallelic expression. Here we analyse transcriptome profiles between wild type (Zac1MOI) and Zac1 biallelic expression (Zac1LOM) primary costal chondrocytes. Overall design: Transcriptome (RNA-Seq) from E13.5, P0 and P20 tongues, comparison between wild type tongues and Zac1 biallelic expression tongues. Transcriptome (mRNA-Seq) from E18.5 primary costal chondrocytes, comparison between wild type and Zac1 biallelic expression.
