16S/ITS rDNA gene of soil conditioned by different plant species or not conditioned

This is the raw sequencing data of the publication of 'Soil-microbes-mediated invasional meltdown in plants' by Zhijie Zhang et al, which was accepted in Nature Ecology and Evolution in 2020. We collected samples from soil that was conditioned by ten different species, or not conditioned. Before conditioning, the soil was either sterilized (autoclaved) or not sterilized.PCR amplifications and amplicon sequencing were then performed by Novogene (Beijing China). The V3-V4 region of bacterial 16S rDNA gene was amplified in triplicate with the universal primers 341F/806R. The ITS2 region of the fungal rDNA gene was amplified in triplicate with the primers specific to this locus
