Cacao Frontiers Analysis Data

This repository contains all materials used to conduct the geospatial analysis presented in the paper. It includes: a README file documenting the GEE workflow; three Google Earth Engine JavaScript scripts for the regional-scale spectral classification; vector assets including land cover training polygons; an eCognition ruleset spreadsheet for the fine-scale object-based analysis; R code and input data for boxplot visualization of biophysical indicators (NDVI, LAI, SWIR); and field-collected tree inventory data from 24 plots in the Transamazon Highway corridor, Pará, Brazil. All materials are provided to ensure full reproducibility of the results.本仓库包含该论文中地理空间分析所用的全部研究材料，具体包括：一份记录谷歌地球引擎（Google Earth Engine, GEE）工作流程的README文档；三份用于区域尺度光谱分类的GEE JavaScript脚本；包含土地覆盖训练多边形的矢量数据集；用于精细尺度面向对象分析的eCognition规则集电子表格；用于绘制生物物理指标（归一化差异植被指数（Normalized Difference Vegetation Index, NDVI）、叶面积指数（Leaf Area Index, LAI）、短波红外（Short-Wave Infrared, SWIR））箱线图的R代码及配套输入数据；以及采集自巴西帕拉州跨亚马逊公路沿线24个样地的野外树木调查数据。所有材料均已公开，以确保研究结果可完全复现。
