Skin air-breathing is a special air-breathing mode for multi-mode breathing fish. At present, the molecular mechanism of fish skin air-breathing air is still unclear. In order to further explore the molecular mechanism of skin respiration, this study used Loach (Paramisgurnus dabryanusa, a fish with skin respiration function) was used for skin incision trail and to observed the morphological and histological characteristics of original skins (OS: T01, T02, T03) and regenerated skins (RS: T04, T05, T06). During the period of the most abundant capillaries in the healing process, the OS and RS were sampled for RNA-seq.
