Smart Citizen Kit 2.1

The Smart Citizen Kit is aimed at providing a low-cost environmental sensor solution non-technical users can quickly deploy. The design developed for the project is a complete reiteration of the Smart Smart Citizen Kit, a piece of hardware for citizen sensing already tested in other projects for more than five years. On this iteration, new sensors had been added, and all the electronic design has been redone from the ground up to improve the data accuracy and reduce the manufacturing costs. The design is built around two boards the Smart Citizen Data Board and the Smart Citizen Urban Sensor Board. The first board contains the data acquisition, power management, and the communication unit. The second contains a set of sensors aimed at the outdoor urban environment including Particulate Matter, Air Temperature, Relative Humidity, Noise Level, Ambient Light and Barometric Pressure. This work is led by IAAC Fab Lab Barcelona team under the framework of iSCAPE (Improving Smart Control of Air Pollution in Europe) project, which is funded by the European Community’s H2020 Programme (H2020-SC5-04-2015) under the Grant Agreement No. 689954. 智能市民套件（Smart Citizen Kit）旨在为非技术用户提供可快速部署的低成本环境传感器解决方案。本项目开发的设计是对智能市民套件（Smart Citizen Kit）——一款已在多个项目中历经五年以上测试的市民感知硬件——的完整迭代。本次迭代新增了传感器模块，并对所有电子设计进行了从零开始的重构，以提升数据精度并降低制造成本。该设计围绕两块电路板构建：智能市民数据板（Smart Citizen Data Board）与智能市民城市传感器板（Smart Citizen Urban Sensor Board）。其中第一块电路板集成了数据采集、电源管理与通信单元；第二块电路板则搭载了面向户外城市环境的多类传感器，涵盖颗粒物（Particulate Matter）、空气温度、相对湿度、噪声级、环境光照与大气压力。本项目由巴塞罗那IAAC Fab Lab团队主导，依托iSCAPE（欧洲空气污染智能管控优化，Improving Smart Control of Air Pollution in Europe）项目框架开展。该项目由欧盟委员会H2020计划（H2020-SC5-04-2015）资助，资助协议编号为689954。全体作者对iSCAPE项目提供的资助致以诚挚谢意。
