EPPO Pest Status Record

This dataset contains EPPO pest status derived from EPPO Global Database taxon categorization records. Each row represents a taxon that appears in at least one EPPO categorization record. The binary field `pest_status_score` is set to `1` for all taxa in this file. Taxa not found in this file should be assigned `pest_status_score = 0` by downstream scoring functions. EPPO categorization labels, codes, countries or regions, and year fields are retained for review and provenance. A score of `0` does not mean that a taxon is unregulated globally; it means only that no EPPO categorization record was found in this dataset. EPPO documentation notes that categorization data provide quarantine-status information where available, but regulated pest lists are not available for all countries.
