Aphelenchus avenae Raw DNA sequence reads

In order to explore the molecular mechanism of Aa's resistance to desiccation stress, we assembled a telomere-to-telomere chromosome-level genome by combining PacBio, nanopore, Illumina, and Hi-C sequencing data. We also candidate a group of nematode desiccation-related functional genes by analyzing the difference in gene expression under different desiccation conditions. Further gene function studies found that the AaP5CS gene played an important role in the nematode's anti-desiccation response.
