DMBA induced molecular changes and chemoprevention

The present study demonstrates that molecular changes associated with cell proliferation and inflammation was highest at 16 h after DMBA exposure. Enhanced prevention by a combination of BA, NA and CAG provides a newer and more effective mean for cancer management by combination of natural agents.

本研究证实，与细胞增殖和炎症相关的分子变化在7,12-二甲基苯并蒽（DMBA）暴露后16小时达到最高水平。联合应用BA、NA与CAG所实现的增强型预防策略，为基于天然制剂的癌症管理提供了一种全新且更为有效的手段。
