SI data: T1, T2, FA and MD measurements from ex vivo rat brain tissue, prepared with various concentrations of formaldehyde, gadolinium, and at different time-points during rehydration in PBS. MRI data in Nifti format: Diffusion-weighted datasets and DTI maps of the rat brain for high resolution (78 micron, b 4000, 30 directions) and mid resolution (150 micron, b 2000, 30 directions) acquisitions. Including: - Preprocessed diffusion-weighted data - Bval and bvec files - Bruker method file with full acquisition details - Brain mask - DTI maps (FA, MD, AD, RD) - Eigenvectors (V1, V2, V3) - Diffusion tensor (DT) - Eigenvalues (Eig) - Red-green-blue colour maps compatible with FSL viewers and trackvis (RGB_FSL, RGB_TRK) - Mean DWI - b0 - Anisotropic power (AP6np) For details on acquisition, preprocessing and processing see Barrett et al.
