IMPROVEMENT OF ERGONOMIC AND FUNCTIONAL APPROACHES IN DESIGNING KNITTED PRODUCTS

This article scientifically examines the improvement of ergonomic and functional approaches in the design of knitted products. The study highlights ways to optimize structural solutions of knitwear based on human anthropometric measurements, movement biomechanics, comfort level, and conditions of use. In addition, the influence of functional indicators such as material elasticity, hygienic properties, heat exchange, moisture management, and deformation resistance on product quality and consumer value is analyzed. The research substantiates that integrating ergonomic design principles with modern digital design technologies significantly enhances the competitiveness, aesthetic appearance, and operational efficiency of knitted products.本文系统科学地探析针织产品设计中人机工程学（ergonomics）与功能化设计方法的优化路径。本研究基于人体测量学（anthropometry）参数、运动生物力学（movement biomechanics）、穿着舒适度与使用场景，阐明了针织服饰结构优化的可行路径。此外，本研究还分析了材料弹性、卫生性能、热交换性能、导湿管理（moisture management）能力以及抗变形性能（deformation resistance）等功能指标对针织产品品质与消费者感知价值的影响。本研究证实，将人机工程学设计原则与现代数字化设计技术相融合，可显著提升针织产品的市场竞争力、美观度与使用效能。
