Transcriptional profiling of Esophageal Squamous Cell Carcinoma (ESCC) tumors comparing samples harbouring nuclear-stabilized p53 (NS+) versus unstable p53 (NS-) protein, determined through immunohistochemistry (IHC) staining of the tumor sections.
