Potential Predictability of the Spring Bloom in the Southern Ocean Sea Ice Zone: data and analysis scripts

This repository contains the datasets and notebooks necessary to reproduce the figures in Buchovecky et al. "Potential Predictability of the Spring Bloom in the Southern Ocean Sea Ice Zone". All notebooks, except those deriving quantities from the raw model data, should work "out-of-the-box" after the appropriate local path has been set to the data.本代码仓库包含了复现Buchovecky等人论文《南大洋海冰区春季藻华的可预测性潜力》（Potential Predictability of the Spring Bloom in the Southern Ocean Sea Ice Zone）中所有图表所需的数据集与Jupyter笔记本（Jupyter Notebook）。除用于从原始模型数据中推导物理量的笔记本外，其余笔记本仅需配置合适的本地数据路径，即可直接开箱运行。
